Accessibility statement
Effective September 29, 2026
We want everyone to be able to read the documentation, sign up, and manage keys and billing on floodzoneapi.com. We aim to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 at level AA.
What we have done
- A skip link, landmarks (header, navigation, main, footer) and one logical heading outline on every page.
- A visible focus outline on every link, button and field, and every control reachable by keyboard, including the mobile menu (Escape closes it).
- A text label on every form field; status messages announced to screen readers.
- Text and interface colors checked against the AA contrast ratios, including code samples on dark backgrounds.
- Selected plans marked with text as well as color; nothing is conveyed by color alone.
- Wide tables and code samples scroll inside their own region, which can be focused and scrolled by keyboard, so the page itself does not scroll sideways on a phone.
Known limitations
- Code samples are long preformatted blocks. Screen readers read them line by line; the same examples are described in the text around them.
- Stripe's checkout and billing portal are run by Stripe and follow Stripe's own accessibility work.
- The account page needs JavaScript.

If something on the site is hard to use, email [email protected] with the page address and what happened. We aim to reply within 5 business days, and we can help you create keys or change plans by email in the meantime.
